Our brands include global icons like Gucci, Burberry, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Philosophy, Max Factor, Rimmel, Bourjois, Sally Hansen, Adidas, David Beckham, etc. With more than one billion products shipped each year, the possibilities for self-expression are endless. **Division**: Consumer Beauty, Distributor Markets **Job Title**: Marketing Intern, Distributor Markets **Reporting to**: Brand Manager THE ROLE Through this role, you’ll 1) GAIN exposure to brand management in a FMCG beauty industry and acquire marketing skills, both at a strategic and operational level 2) EXPERIENCE creating and running online & offline marketing campaign first-hand, handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 3) DISCOVER your strengths, interests and suitability for a career in FMCG beauty industry Key Responsibilities **In this role you will be responsible for**: 1) Singapore Go-to-Market a) Assist in planning for marketing campaigns for the Singapore market through comprehensive integrated marketing communications (IMC) plan b) Work with brand manager on visual merchandising to achieve in-store excellence c) Participate in the brainstorming and planning of the local go-to-market strategy for key campaigns while considering current and planned promotional activities d) Social media account management e) Monthly budget monitoring and tracking f) Liaising with internal & external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed in a timely fashion 2) Distributor Market a) Collate information from distributor markets to perform business evaluation (sell-out and promotion analysis), draw workable market insights; provide recommendations maximize the opportunities for the key markets b) Assist with the preparation of digital campaign kit for key campaigns in distributor markets and create social media calendar for brands for the Region and sharing of digital assets for local market execution c) Prepare Best Practice reports and disseminate to distributors d) Support regulatory process for new product launches and PIPO of existing products e) Seek and analyse sales and business landscape, competitors marketing material and digital content WhAT YOU"LL BRING **ESSENTIAL**: - Able to commit for at least 6 months for a full-time internship. - Self-Motivated, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality. - Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence. - Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun. - Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products. - Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership. - Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges. - Passionate, enthusiastic and driven to regularly follow-up with loose ends. - Able to thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
