Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute in-house training programmes for all employees
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and prepare training reports
- Design, develop, and maintain Company Training Materials, including e-learning
- Conduct Employee Training Needs Analysis
- Source for suitable training courses for employees
- Application of training grants and other relevant funding schemes
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma with ACTA/ACLP qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in corporate learning and development
- F&B, Retail or Hospitality training experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable in conducting stand-up training
- Keen interest in developing other non-traditional training methods such as e-learning
- Good knowledge of training grants and related funding schemes
- Resourceful and good interpersonal / communication skills
