We are now inviting a Senior Captain to join our family, someone who can connect with customers naturally, share the story and quality behind our premium dishes, and make recommendations that enhance their dining experience. It is about helping guests see and enjoy the value of our premium seafood through care, product knowledge, and sincerity, never pressure.

Your Role in Our Story:

- Lead and inspire the service team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Introduce premium menu items with enthusiasm and authenticity, helping customers understand the quality, freshness, and value they bring
- Ensure smooth operations while maintaining warmth and attentiveness
- Work alongside management to uphold our high standards of hospitality

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

- Has proven leadership experience in F&B and thrives on building genuine connections
- Is confident in recommending premium items in a way that feels natural, informative, and enriching to the guest’s experience
- Has good knowledge of seafood and Chinese cuisine (an advantage, but not essential)
- Lives out our culture of honesty, respect, and teamwork every day

Working Hours:

- 6 days’ work week, up to 44 hours per week
- Working hours: Weekday - 11am-2pm, 5:30pm-10:30pm
- Weekend - 10:30am-2pm, 5pm-11pm, Off on Tuesday
