**Job Description**:

- Supervise and manage daily site operations, including the performance and efficiency of workers.
- Collaborate with team members, plan, organize, and allocate tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of orders.
- Performs packing duties of goods (machine/components) into wooden crate/carton boxes, ensuring adherence to measurement and quality standards.
- Responsible for manually carrying and transferring parts into packaging boxes for protective packing.
- Conduct quality checks on packed items to confirm compliance with customer and company requirements.
- Perform and supervise the use of equipment such as air nailers and measurement tools / techniques to ensure precision in packing.
- Ensure goods are packed proficiently, accurately and safely within the wooden crate/carton box.
- Train and mentor team members on packing techniques, safety protocols, and operational efficiency.
- Create stencil markings and ensure proper labelling on all crates and boxes.
- Maintain accurate records of packaged products.
- Undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the management.

Requirement:

- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role, preferably in packing operations.
- Proficient in using measurement tools / knowledge to ensure accurate and precise packing dimensions.
- Valid forklift license with at least 2 years of operational experience.
- Experience with air nailer and required to wear coveralls and PPE during work.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
- Computer literacy
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
- Working hour:
Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm

Saturday, 7:00am to 2:30pm
