**Responsibilities**:
We're looking for experienced solution architects to join our enterprise solutions team and help our global key accounts merchants and partners accelerate their onboarding and integration with our global e-commerce platform capabilities by identifying key technical challenges and architecting technical solutions to resolve them. You will be challenged by complex sets of business and technical challenges as you leverage a broad range of technical disciplines and cross-team collaboration to ensure success for our clients and to unlock the potential provided by our e-commerce platform capabilities.

**As a solutions architect, you will**:
1. Be the principal owner for the development and delivery of integrated solutions to facilitate and accelerate the successful onboarding and platform-to-platform integration with our e-commerce platform for key merchant clients under your portfolio.

3. Work closely with our solution engineers and client partners to plan and execute joint engineering efforts.

4. Provide single point of contact for all integration-related domain knowledge consultation, debugging support and technical enquiries.

5. Identify opportunities for horizontal solutions and new feature development to continuously optimise operational efficiency and efficacy of our clients.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.

2. 5 years experience of production coding experience, or 3+ years of technical solutions architecture experience.

3. Familiar with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, Go, Java, C/C++.

4. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

5. Ability to collaborate across different functional teams or stakeholder groups internally and externally.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Experienced technical solutions architect with 5 years of experience delivering client solutions in the e-commerce or SaaS space.

2. Demonstrated knowledge of open platform APIs and backend systems design.

3. Possess rich e-commerce industry experience, or able to quickly develop a solid understanding of the e-commerce business.

5. Highly self-driven with strong people skills, and able to collaborate with a wide range of clients and internal partners to independently identify and address key issues and optimisation opportunities.

6. Highly client-focused with strong project management skills, able to concurrently manage multiple customer projects and ensure on-time and high-quality deliverables to customers.

7. Creative problem solver who can thrive with mínimal instruction or supervision.
