We are looking for an experienced **Fund Operations - Senior Associate **to join our Singapore headquarters as part of our dynamic team of talented, fun-loving individuals.

**What we offer**:

- Execute fund operational tasks related to asset management products including investor transactions, capital calls, payment instructions, cash management/projections and NAV review
- Serve as the point of contact for daily BAU operations matters
- Maintain Excel-based valuation models to estimate fund NAV and ensure accurate fund accounting books and records
- Support team lead in new business initiatives and re-inventing target operating model for future finance, including tokenization of fund products
- Perform user acceptance testing, supporting and documentation of potential operation model changes
- Coordinate annual audit process with a good understanding of the internal control environment and act as liaison with the auditors for fund operations matters
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers on handling various operations tasks (i.e. fund administrators, corporate secretaries, legal counsels, fund board of directors, investment committee, etc.)
- Support submissions of regulatory reports and filings
- Keen to expand banking operations knowledge and provide support for operational functions relating to cryptos, including digital asset brokerage and custody

**What you offer**:

- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in fund administration or fund operations
- Bachelor's degree in finance or business preferred
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Passion to automate processes and add efficiency to work
- Strong ownership, relentlessly resourceful, enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain
