**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce detailed electrical drawings, plans, and layouts for HDB projects, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Prepare schematic diagrams, single-line diagrams, and panel schedules specific to public housing (HDB) requirements.
- Coordinate electrical designs with other disciplines (Mechanical, Structural) to ensure a holistic and efficient approach.
- Ensure compliance with HDB guidelines, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of submissions to relevant authorities (e.g., BCA, HDB) for project approvals.
- Revise and update electrical designs based on feedback from project engineers and site teams.
- Collaborate with engineers to provide solutions to on-site issues and ensure the designs are constructible.
- Maintain organized and accurate drawing documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors during the installation phase to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Support senior engineers with technical details and design changes during the project lifecycle.

**Key Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Drafter with at least 1 years in M&E, specifically on HDB projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, HDB project requirements, and M&E systems.
- Ability to read, interpret, and produce construction drawings for residential and public housing projects.
- Experience in preparing technical submissions and liaising with regulatory authorities (e.g., BCA, HDB).
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) for M&E systems.
- Familiarity with HDB building procedures, specifications, and submission protocols.
- Knowledge of Singapore’s electrical and safety regulations (e.g., SS standards, ISO).
- Previous experience working on large-scale residential or public sector projects in Singapore.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
