Food Services Operations Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall dining experience
- Maintain inventory levels, track food costs, and optimize procurement to minimize waste and control expenses
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of the food service staff
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and employee code of conduct
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and identify areas for cost optimization and revenue growth
- Monitor sales, revenue, and expenses, and take proactive measures to achieve financial targets
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to food safety, inspections, permits, and certifications
- Develop and maintain relationships with food suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely deliveries
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in management role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
