HR Administrator

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage on-boarding/departure and full lifecycle of employees
- Update and manage employee records.
- Liaising with clients in account management
- Oversee daily operations of the HR Department
- Ensuring the employees are complying with the policies of the company
- Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
**Requirements**:
- 3 years of related working experience in HR
- Diploma or relevant
- MS Excel / MS Word / MS Team
- Meticulously organized and efficient
- A good team player
- Applicants with CEI license is an advantage
**Working Hours**
**Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm**
**Location: Ubi**
**Salary range : $1,800 - $2,200**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month
