**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and propose improvements to safety standards and systems
- Assist Marine Manager to ensure vessels comply to international maritime standards.
- Ensure commercial agreements are agreed with charter parties
- Develop Contingency plans and identify discrepancies
- Monitor all vessels to ensure that the certificates are up to date and monitor overall safety, nautical and commercial operations
- Identify risk conditions and provide support to technical department
- Support Master with pre-vetting inspection including SIRE inspection
- Monitor all navigation, communications and safety equipment
- Provide reports to clients for the assigned vessels
- Work closely with local authorities and class

**Requirements**:

- COC Class 1
- Minimum Diploma and above in Maritime Studies or a relevant discipline
- Min 2 years shore-based experience in ship management or ship owner for Tankers.
- Possess good technical knowledge and communications skills
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Independent and result oriented
- Team Player and able to travel
