In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with the operations of foreign exchange management of overseas payment industry and cross-border e-commerce platform, understand customers' potential needs for FX management products through payment, and have good problem-solving ideas and product management methods
- Understand the structure of FX products of payment institutions, ability to independently take charge of the scheme design of FX standardized products for customers, and produce general solutions that can be implemented
- Ability to independently analyze and research changes and fluctuations of macro market, and be able to issue relevant reports regularly
- Familiar with the product capabilities of banks in FX risk management, and be able to promote inter-institutional collaboration
- Thorough understanding of FX regulations and compliance requirements in Latin America, Middle East and other countries and regions will be a plus

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or above working experience in Financial Institution or Payment Institutions
- Familiar with various FX trading and hedging instruments. Experience in Global Markets of Financial Institutions, Payment Institutions or independent product design is preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm, and ability to cope well with challenges and pressure
- Self-driven and can maintain a high level of team work
- Business Mandarin-speaking fluency or HSK6 equivalent is mandatory as the role requires daily liaison with Chinese counterparts/stakeholders and the ability to read, speak and write reports in the Chinese language due to coverage of China market
