**Responsibilities**:
**Gas, chemical and slurry material management**:

- Daily monitoring and analysing gas, chemical and slurry consumption, inventory closely to ensure supply continuity
- Work with IE, procurement and logistic department to budgeting, plan, order and inventory of gas, chemical and slurry materials to ensure zero waste and continues of production line
- Continually improve the system to manage the gas, chemical and slurry material with better efficiency
- Schedule check and report (weekly, monthly) to ensure the material inventory onsite match the system
- TGCM waste management

**Gas, chemical and slurry material cost reduction**:

- Proactively work with the Process & Equipment
- Department to realize all the gas, chemical and slurry material related cost reduction activities.
- Support new material & second source material qualification for cost optimization
- Manage the gas, chemical and slurry material inventory cost-effectively

**Gas, chemical and slurry materials quality management and improvement**:

- Indeep knowledge of chemical and gas cause and effect is required provide analysis and trouble shoot for any incidents related to gas, chemical and slurry
- Achieve customer satisfaction by providing responsive, prompt and effective support for any gas, chemical and slurry material related issues
- Directly drive gas, chemical and slurry material supplier for continuous quality improvement activities

**Land security and clean management**:

- Manage the security team and monitoring alerts, triage and respond to alerts
- Provide feedback to management on issues faced on the ground
- Manage the cleaner service contractor to ensure full site cleanliness including but not limited to the office, canteen, factory, warehouse, service area, carpack and garden.

**Task & Assignments not limited to the above**:

- To undertake assignments / projects on top of the above specified tasks.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:
Degree in Chemical Engineering or at least 3 years relevant Chemical & Gas experience.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Minimum 1 year working experience for Chemical Degree.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience without Chemical degree

**Technical / Job Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of Chemistry and chemical & Gas properties and reactions.
- Knowledge in Semiconductor Manufacturing.
- Logical and holistic thinking, but also focus on details.
- Able to make arrangements in a systematic manner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and Powerpoint.
- Meticulous with details

**Personal Capabilities**:

- Good observation skills and curiosity about new things.
- Good written and oral communication skills. Confident in professional discussion with people from all levels.
- Outgoing, positive, approachable.
