**Company Origins**:
Hall of Goods Pte Ltd was founded in 2014 with the sole purpose of unlocking Asian consumers’ access to quality products in the beauty and grooming space from all over the world. As consumers ourselves, we were tired of having to settle with mass produced, low quality, over-the-counter products from the big FMCG companies. After all, we want the best for ourselves, so why should consumers settle for anything less?

To own distribution rights to the most sought-after clean beauty and grooming brands in the world and to be the most sought-after company that major retailers want to work with in Asia.

**Company Mission**:
Our mission is to source for brands with inspiring origins and that embody the perfectionist mindset when it comes to formulating and creating products. Needless to say, we only work with brands that go out of their way to source for the best ingredients for their products. Those ingredients have to functional, beneficial and clean.

We will then form strong partnerships with those brands and work with them to build equity, penetration and loyalty in Asian markets through effective brand building and distribution strategies.

We aspire to bring more brands into the Hall of Goods portfolio and to further develop our own brand to better serve our B2B and B2C clientele across Asia

**Markets**: We have expanded our distribution network for these brands from Singapore to multiple countries in Asia. They include Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Brunei, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan. We won’t stop there. With the right leadership and team in place, we want to further expand to Japan, Korea, India and Australasia.

**Retailers**: We are working with top beauty and grooming retailers in Asia. They include mega retail players like Sephora, Robinsons, Takashimaya, CK Tangs and the Siam Group (Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery in Thailand), eCommerce powerhouses like Shopee, Lazada, Amazon and Zalora, to the top lifestyle salons and barbers like, The Panic Room and Found the Salon.

**Media Partners**: We have built partnership with many of the key media publications in Singapore. Through these partnerships, we have been able to showcase our brands and products on their physical and digital channels. They include Esquire SG, August Man, Men’s Folio and Men’s Health.

As a young company, we have come a long way. But we have only begun to scratch the surface.

**What’s next for Hall of Goods?**

Continue:

- Develop go-to-market to grow awareness, trial and sales for the brands in our portfolio through working with our B2B players to activate effective B2C marketing activities
- Build relationship and partnerships with the brand owners / brand liaisons to bounce off / build on ideas that could help us or help the brand internationally
- Support our distributors in target markets (Indonesia, Hong Kong, Thailand) to help them promote our brands and products better in their countries

Start:

- Co-developing brand and go-to-market strategies and execution plans for current brand portfolio to drive demand and buy-in from B2B partners
- Provide marketing ideas and plans for Hall of Goods to have a stronger foothold on whitespace markets like Malaysia, Vietnam, Japan and Korean
- Sourcing for new brands that Hall of Goods can potentially distribute exclusively in Singapore / Asia

**Who are we looking for**:
We are looking for a General Manager, a team leader that is driven by business growth fuelled by business development. The team leader must be able to set targets, align goals and go-to-market plans with the shareholders and drive growth actions independently. The person must be able to lead and work with a strong and independent Operations support team that are currently working on logistics (forecasting and ordering, coordinating deliveries, packing) and eCommerce (getting images uploaded on B2B and B2C websites, working on eCommerce parties for loading campaigns and deals). Given the nimble size of the company, our team is small (3 employees, 2 co-founders). This person must therefore be self-sufficient and self-motivated, and take the growth path of the company in her/his own hands, with the support of the shareholders.
