**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Summary**

Lead a team, strategize and plan for all Market Insights & Innovation (MI&I) to drive and support sales. Provide market and consumer trend/analysis that monitor, track and interpret consumer behaviors, to support country for core & high potential customers and suppliers. Collaborate with Global Marketing for brand & corporate identity (eg tradeshow, campaign), digital marketing.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lead Market Insights & innovation (MI&I) team in Asia Pacific to support growth by driving marketing excellence through MI&I.
- In collaboration with sales, accountable for MI&I presentation and intelligence from Mintel, Innova & Euromonitor to support our core and high potential customers and suppliers by understanding its strategies, project development direction and building an engaging long-term relationship to gain upside for future sales.
- Perform analysis of market data research to understand market trends in search of the white space category or new products/suppliers to capture untapped opportunities
- Produce creative content for marketing communication newsletter on focus categories /product trends/event theme, e-greetings, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for video production
- Lead and execute offline (exhibition, roadshows, innovation, conference) and online (webinars, virtual conference) presentations
- Collaborate with Global Marketing for brand & corporate identity (eg tradeshow, campaign), digital marketing
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Education Bachelor’s degree in marketing
Experience Experience in Food Industry with marketing experience will be an advantage
Minimum 10 years of experience in Food or FMCG industry
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Solid writing skills for newsletter & marketing related communication.
- Excellent in interpersonal & communication,
- Strong presentation, influencing and coordination skills
- Strong analytical marketing knowledge
- Goal and result oriented
- Ability to travel as required to achieve business objective
- Self-driven, initiative, independent with business acumen
- Ability to work collaboratively across different levels, multicultural in the
- internal and external stakeholders to foster relationships and influence outcomes.
