**Job Description & Requirements**:
Our client Mega Valve & Fitting Pte Ltd (UEN 200101692C) is looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join their Woodlands office.
It is a 5 days week, and ONCE a month sat (half a day).
The salary range for this position is $2300K to $3300K
(depending on working experiences)
Job duties
Support Sales team in Coordinating and Handling sales processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related - quotation, receipt of customer order, issue order acknowledgement, schedule shipping dates). invoicing (at shipment, arrange for shipping documentation, co-ordination of shipment, inform customers, invoicing).
Organizing and Ensuring the inventory of custom sales presentation
Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts on products
Work with others within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed
Handle incoming calls. Attend to inquiries. Daily appointments documents reconciliation.
Attend to daily operation as being assigned
Preferably someone with hands on shipping experiences
Training will be provided
Full-Time position(s) available. Company pays bonus and good working benefits
Communicate and relate effectively at the workplaceAble to work under pressure
Contribute to customer service over various platforms
Develop personal effectiveness at operations level
Handle guest/customer concerns and feedback
