**Responsibilities**:
**Dormitory**

Responsible for the operations, maintenance, and cleanliness of the dormitory premises

Maintain the general well-being of the residents in the dormitory, such as cleaning, fire safety and security matters

Responsible for the housekeeping & maintenance duties, SOP etc accordance to the rules & regulations

Liaise and supervise the duties of the maintenance and cleaning personnel and all vendors with whom the company has service agreements.

Supervise the issue of matters pertaining to the allocation of units, admission of new workers and other administrative responsibilities

Ensure the smooth running of the dormitory operations

**Security**

Administrate and Issue Security Pass

In-Charge of Vehicle Check Shed (Pass Office), Maintenance, and smooth Operation of VCS

Manpower Planning and Deployment - Plan, Monitor and Review Security Operation and Deployment of Workers

Incident Response and Report

Supervise Access, Crowd and Traffic Control Activities

Supervise the Security Guard Daily Deployment and Work Activities

To submit Simple Reports

Any adhoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior
