**Summary**

This position will be assisting our Customer Centricity strategy, by deep diving on the opportunities to close our gaps or opportunities to identify area where automation or e-submission can happen. At the same time, to support SQ team in terms of their enquiries and investigations of complaints to ensure our fulfilment of Fair Dealing requirements.

As a processor also for HNW transactional requests, the support will also help us maintain the short TAT expected and also Customer experience in view of the large coverage and amount being handled

**Responsibility**
- Design, build and enhance visual analytics assets to ensure continued relevance and usage of the dashboards by business users for making informed decisions
- Conduct due diligence checks when necessary in order to comply to the company’s AML guidelines and procedures
- To work closely with UAT team on system enhancement changes when required
- To work closely with compliance team on implementation of any regulatory changes
- To liaise with service providers to establish any change in business process and ensure smooth operations flow
- To provide ad hoc operations/project support when necessary

**Requirements**:

- Education: Degree
- Experience: Preferable have working experience in the insurance industry
- Specific Business Knowledge: Insurance/ data analytic trend studies of insurance processing
