**Responsibilities**:

- Define and drive global supply allocation strategies to support business objectives and regional demand priorities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the global supply planning team, fostering a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee global production planning frameworks and ensure seamless collaboration with suppliers and contract manufacturers to meet delivery and cost targets.
- Lead the design and implementation of robust inventory control strategies to minimize excess, obsolescence, and aging risks while ensuring supply continuity.
- Act as the key supply chain stakeholder in New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, ensuring supply readiness and operational alignment across R&D, Product, Operations, and Marketing functions.
- Analyze supply chain performance data to identify risks, optimize planning parameters, and provide strategic insights to executive leadership.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve planning systems, forecast accuracy, and end-to-end visibility through digital tools and analytics.
- Represent the Supply Planning function in global forums and leadership reviews, contributing to overall supply chain strategy and decision-making.

**Pre-Requisites**:

- At least 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on supply and production planning in consumer electronics or a similarly complex, fast-paced industry.
- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring teams across geographies and functions.
- Strong understanding of global supply chain networks, supplier management, and production planning best practices.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex NPIs and product ramp-ups from planning through launch.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Deep knowledge of planning tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel modeling; experience in digital supply chain transformation is a plus.
- Analytical, strategic, and adaptable - able to lead through ambiguity and drive results.
- Passion for innovation, tech products, or gaming is a strong advantage.
