Opening and closing of the bar.
Bar operations, including ordering, preparation and inventory control.
Attend to guests at the Bar and restaurant areas when required.
Assist manager in the efficient running of the day to day bar operations.

Job Requirements:
Friendly, Hard worker, Fast learner
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good knowledge of wine, beer and alcohol will be an advantage
