Job Descriptions

Plan and host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok/ Shopee/Instagram, to showcase and sell products which include Sports, Electric, Moms &Baby, House Hold, Cosmetic.

Monitor and respond to comments and questions during live streams, build rapport with viewers, and address their concerns or objections.

Engage with the audience in real time, answer questions, and build a sense of community.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of our offerings and their benefits.

Use persuasive techniques to encourage viewers to purchase or take desired actions.

Stay up-to-date with the latest information on our products or services.

Conduct research and gather insights into customer needs and preferences.

Encourage user-generated content and testimonials.

Familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of live streaming platforms and equipment and troubleshoot technical issues during live streams.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in live streaming and sales techniques.

Job Requirements

Required language(s): English and Mandarin.

Company accounts will be provided for streaming.

Must be comfortable in front of camera, and must NOT be camera shy.

Presentable image with outgoing, engaging and charismatic traits.

Being talkative will be an added advantage as it captivates audiences.

At least one year live host experience on Tik Tok，Shopee or Instagram
