**Overview**

The Quality Control Auditor will be responsible for performing and participating in highly dynamic duties including, but not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Continually monitor and update if needed, Skypac Standard Operating Procedures to ensure excellent quality
- Complete audits to ensure quality control
- Train and monitor employees to ensure the highest quality standards and products
- Assist with coordinating customer service department needs in manufacturing
- Support process improvements
- Identifying product defects or potenial issues and determine POA to resolve
- Assist with inventory management
- Manufacturing support
- Carrying out day-to-day inspection & testing duties of the QC Lab
- Follow all Personnel Protective Equipment Standards Follow all Good Manufacturing Policy standards

**Job knowledge, skills and abilities
- Familiarity with manufacturing and production processes combined with extensive knowledge of product specifications
- Excellent computer skills
- Standard operating procedures design
- Training skills
- Flexible to the work enviroment
- Team player
- Good verbal and inter-personal communication skills
- Must be pro-active and detail oriented to catch problems or inconsistencies and bring them to management's attention

**Education and experience:
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in Quality/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO22001 and ISO45001
- Strong ability in troubleshooting and problem solving techniques
