Singapore SBS TRANSIT LTD Full time

To conduct stand-up training including preparation of course materials and assessment and performance report
- To support in delivering training and development initiatives in the company
- Assist Training Executives in the whole spectrum of duties involved in the coordination and administration of training programmes
- Assist Operation Team in driving instructor planning & trainee timetable planning.
- Support with WSQ course accreditation
- Liaise with external parties e.g. Booking of Traffic Police class 4A test date
- Administer, coordinate and conduct in-house and external training including those organized by vendors and client
- Maintain and update LMS and training databases and ensure timely capturing of training records and documentation for audit purpose
- Work in close partnership with stakeholder OD and Bus Ops (HR)
- Assist with audit preparation and reporting
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in any discipline
- Preferably with certified in WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
- With a valid Class 3 driving license
- 2 years working experiences in Training related field
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced working environment
- Meticulous individual with ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong presentation, communication and writing skills
- Good planning and coordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills; able to work with all level of staff and across departments
- Conversant in Microsoft Office software
