Associate/senior Associate, Corporate Secretarial

**Job Purpose**
The Corporate Secretarial Associate/Senior Associate assists in handling a portfolio of locally incorporated companies and offshore companies (may include public listed companies) and ensures that all company secretarial matters of clients are handled.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in providing company secretarial services to a range of clients.
- Handle full set of company secretarial documents.
- Communicate with clients independently.
- Oversee issuing of invoices and following up on payments.
- Incorporation of local companies as and when requested by clients.
- Prepare and arrange statutory forms for filing.
- General filing of documents and statutory books.
- Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint.
- Ensure filing deadlines are met.
- Completes time sheets in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Degree / Diploma holder and starting ICSA qualification.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant experience gained in professional firm/CPA firm/law firm.
- Good computer skills and familiar with Viewpoint system as an advantage.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
