Singapore The Skin Pharmacy Full time

The Skin Pharmacy is a skincare brand and retail concept founded in 2009 by two pharmacists. Our products are proudly created and manufactured in Singapore. As the brand owner, we are open to creative and innovative ways to market and sell our excellent skincare products.

This is a newly-created position for someone with a background in Marketing with experience in the retail or FMCG environment. The applicant should ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
It is an opportunity to grow with our company as we embark on an aggressive online and overseas expansion with a new brand to launch. Most importantly, it is an opportunity to have fun at work every day

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 2 years working in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
- Metrics-driven mind with an eye for creativity
- Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy and marketing plan is a must
- Experience with digital marketing, including social media and content marketing is a must
- Experience with online marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee) or retail distribution is preferred
- Experience with skincare or FMCG will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of marketing automation, Google analytics, CRM and design tools (Mailchimp, Wordpress, Photoshop, Canva) is preferred.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Devise the branding strategy of The Skin Pharmacy
- Prepare launch plans for an exciting new product in an untapped market
- Create a marketing campaign in line with brand strategy and company objectives
- Oversee the execution of promotions
- Evaluate and execute market expansion into regional online marketplaces

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
