- Overall responsible for planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute integrated e-commerce marketing campaigns through various marketing channels (e.g., social media, EDMs, etc.). Collect quantitative and qualitative data from these marketing campaigns.
- Explore and refine CRM initiatives, with the core focus on driving traffic through new customer leads and targeting inactive customer segments.
- Perform market analysis and research on competition. Liaise and provide support to internal stakeholders with the execution of marketing deliverables.
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, and web).
- Manage and update company e-commerce platforms, CRM, and company database systems.
- Support the marketing team in other tasks, such as: organize principal events, corporate trainings, & etc.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
- Training will be provided.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline
- At least 1 year experience with online marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Needs to have high standard of computer literacy, particularly with MS Office.
- Strong analytical, communication and coordination skills.
- Must be creative, organized and detailed-oriented.
- Be open to feedback from internal stakeholders.
- Possess positive and energetic attitude.
