**Job statement**:

- Integral part of the Credit Administration team, reporting directly to the Credit Administration Supervisor, with dotted line to the Operations Dept. Head.

**Job description**:
1. Review facility term sheet, facility agreement, and other facility documents, mainly on the legal aspect, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

2. Prepare finance documents, ie. offer letter, facility agreement, conditions precedent checklist, and conditions subsequent checklist, and all the way to facility agreement signing.

3. Administer all facility documentations (original and copies) properly, completely and securely in a timely manner.

4. Provide facility transaction forms, ie. facility utilisation checklist, memo of waiver/consent, and other documents related to facility utilisation/repayment as per daily operations.

5. Input the facility utilisation/repayment transaction in the Banking System.

6. Liaise with Relationship Managers, to monitor the facilities’ periodic review, covenants compliance, facility limit, maturity date and expiry of facility/finance documents, among others.

7. Prepare internal and regulatory reports such as loan sector reports, ECL reports, and other MAS related reports.

8. Any ad-hoc or additional duties as and when assigned.

**Criteria**:

- 2-3 years of experience as credit administration officer in a bank.
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Law and/or Banking and Finance.
- A team player, with ability to prioritize and organize workflow.
- Professional working attitude with positive mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Adaptive to the evolving needs of the organization and demands of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Cohesive in building alliances and partnerships with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
