Baby Photographer

9Doors is looking for photographers with a passion for taking photos of babies from day 1. The incumbent must be able to work closely with clients to ensure that they capture the precious moments of the baby’s first few days of life.

Photographers must be able to anticipate what the baby will do next so they can be ready to take the perfect shot at just the right angle. They also need to have a good eye for composition and design. They must not be randomly snapping pictures of the baby, they are creating art from the baby’s precious first moments on earth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Dress and pose babies in their basinet for the photoshoot
- Editing photos using software programs and providing print files of the edited photos
- Develop good rapport with customers to build customer loyalty.
- Be proactive in responding to customer queries and requests.
- Maintain good housekeeping of work area.
- Follow up with customers on their orders.
- Update and maintain the Order Management file.
- May be required to be involved in Trade Fairs and Roadshows.

**Requirements**:

- Good communications & interpersonal skills
- A dependable team player who can work both independently and as part of a team
- Presentable and well groomed
- Must be a people person
- Know how to dress, style and pose newborn babies
- Good colour coordination
- Take at least 60 individually posed shots within 30 minutes
- Fast and sure in organising photo shoot
- Ability to communicate with newborn babies will be a great help
- Well organised and tidy
- Individuals who are passionate and with a cheerful disposition will be added advantage
- Good grasp of Adobe Photoshop and other photo editing software
