**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Ensure daily operation is operated efficiently and effectively
- Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices
- Schedule client appointments
- Establish relationship with customers by delivering excellent customer service
- Lead and provide guidance to therapists on the service and treatments to customers
- Handle customers' complaints and feedback
- Motivate/building teamwork among colleagues & maintain good communication and good working environment
- Actively following up & maintaining the after-sales relationship with customers.
- Ensure & to deliver high levels of results satisfaction & experience to customers.
- Working & building a cohesive environment with a team.
- To guide and lead the team to hit their monthly set targets and service KPI’s.
- Avid learners who are motivated to keep up with the latest industry practices and technologies.
- Make professional recommendations on products, treatments and packages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service with professional touch.
- Actively enhance the process in customer referral and retention.
- Conduct training on various treatment technique; theoretical and practical
- Conduct product knowledge training and treatment protocol
- To perform role-playing with staff to ensure service standard is met
- Work closely with the management team to monitor, evaluate staff's training needs and customer service sales skills periodically.
- Assist in all revenue-generating activities
- Other duties as and when assigned

**Requirements**:

- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Personal Care/Beauty or equivalent.
- Able to work on weekends and PH
- At least 3 years of relevant supervisory/managerial level experience in the beauty/spa industry.
- Able to lead, train and mentor a team
- Good communications and strong interpersonal skills.
- Competent, self motivated, result driven and service oriented.
- Well groomed with pleasant disposition & personality.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Positive attitude
