**Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Act as a liaison of the Marketing & Communications Department to the departments of Food & Beverage, Events, Sports & Recreation, Membership, Finance, Front Office, Library, etc. for information on events, promotions, notices, and advertisements to be featured in The Tanglin Club magazine.
- Provide relevant information to the Graphics Executive and Graphics Assistant for the visual artwork in the above-mentioned communication channels.
- Adhere to the process of securing approval from the Heads-of-Department, General Manager, Editor, the General Committee, and the President for the publication of the magazine.
- Act as the Club’s advertising agent, to secure paid advertisements to offset the costs of the production of the magazine; maintaining a record of all paid and sponsored advertising contracts; liaising with the Editor, Graphics Executive and the Graphics Assistant to ensure all relevant advertisements are featured in a particular issue; and ensuring the timely submission of advertisement artwork according to the magazine’s specifications.
- Act as a liaison with the Finance Department, to ensure the accurate invoicing of advertising contracts, and that payment is collected from direct advertisers.
- Ensure the accurate and timely printing of confidential mailing labels of members from the membership database, maintained by the Membership Department; and as the liaison with the contracted mailing house for the collection of the mailing labels.
- Maintain a monthly record of the distribution of magazines to members, advertisers, and other parties. Maintain an archive of past issues of Club magazines, as well as other periodicals.
- Ensure the distribution of the Club magazines within the Club, and to relevant external organisations.
- Produce a Profit & Loss statement for the monthly production of the Club magazine.
- Proofread and write articles and blurbs for the bimonthly Club magazine, Annual Report, posters, menus, notices, Digital Signage Screens, twice-weekly eDM - content and data management.
- Respond to day-to-day enquiries and engagement on social media, schedule posts - IG/FB/Telegram
- Upload the relevant content onto the website in a timely manner.
- Plan, prepare and execute surveys for the general Membership on an ad-hoc basis.
- Act as the secretary of Sub Committee meetings, and to organise, take minutes, and follow up on required actions resulting from the meetings.Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by Marketing & Communications Manager.
