**About the role**

Reporting to the Head of Brand, you will work closely with Country Managers, Marketing and the Investment team to develop and execute the PR, communications and partnership plan. You will develop a strong media and partnership network, increase awareness and drive reputation for the brand. Working with the C-suite and the Head of Brand, the role will aim to build an enviable brand image through effective communication and partnership programmes from conception to delivery. You will have one executive reporting into you, so be ready to step into people management.

**Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Thinking and Tactical Application**. Alongside the Head of Brand, develop a PR & communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics across StashAway’s 5 markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, UAE)
- **Media, Affiliate & Influencer Partnerships**. Identify and evaluate media partnerships and affiliate & influencer opportunities and manage these relationships.
- **Financial Wellness Program and Marketing Partnerships**. Work directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on the two programs.
- **Execute the regional PR strategy and plan** with a key focus on Singapore. This includes writing press releases and PR related communications as well as developing required assets.
- **Cultivate a strong media network** in Singapore across consumer and business press. Nurture existing media relationships and develop new media opportunities, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- **Overall Management**. Manage and coordinate all public relations and spokesperson activities (including media inquiries, interview requests and speaking engagements at events/conferences)
- **Thought Partnership**. Act as a thought partner to Country Managers and marketing team. Collaborate with Content Marketing Manager to align the PR & Communications Plan with the overarching marketing plan and execute the required assets.
- **Optimisation**. Monitor, analyse and communicate PR results and social sentiment for optimisation across all PR and marketing channels.
- **Strategise and execute** the FWP program and marketing partnerships to create qualified leads. Work closely with CRM and Product on customer journey opportunities.
- **Stay up to date **on changing marketing landscape, trends and best practices. Share knowledge with the marketing team to optimise communications across all channels.
- **People management**. Deliver on-the-job training and development to a junior executive to manage their output.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or proven past deliverables
- 3-4 years of working experience in a PR and communications role across print, broadcast, online media and influencer marketing. Agency experience is a must-have for this role.
- Strong conceptual and execution skills. The ability to shift from ideation to tactical execution smoothly.
- Strong interest in financial services and preferably experience in the financial services sector.
- Interest in learning the partnership side of the role if no prior experience.
- Ability to craft compelling messages across consumer and business press.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across functional and geographical teams
- Desire to understand the inner workings of the platform and an ability to adapt to fast
- changing environments.
- Excellent project management skills, with an ability to consistently deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget
