If you are keen to uphold world-class grid reliability and drive a sustainable future for all, join us and make your mark in the energy industry today **What You'll Do**: - Partner the Engineer in charge of Electrical Meters Test Lab to manage and run the Advanced Metering Management (“AMM”) team in Electrical Meters Section. - Oversee and manage staff in the AMM team for matters related to the metering module in the headend system used in SP Group’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure (“AMI”) system. - Test and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful meter integration and seamless operations with connected systems. - Grasp information across systems and business processes to succinctly identify and summarise issues and propose solutions. - Identify potential system / business issues that may arise due to AMM issues and take proactive actions working with various stakeholders to identify possible solutions, conduct testing to validate solutions and implement into Production environment. - Partner with Engineer in charge of Field Investigation team to harness benefits of AMM in problem identification to resolve issues and take actions to mitigate against recurrence and/or propose long term solutions to maximise Field Teams efficiency. - Analyse meter events and consumption data in conjunction with device billing data to determine if field teams need to be deployed for site investigation. - Perform integration testing for new AMI meters, troubleshoot AMI related interface issues, and perform UAT testing and firmware upgrades for meters. - Lead and represent the Section to manage vendors and stakeholders for AMM related matters. - Carries out other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Head of Section. **What You'll Need**: - Degree in Electrical or related discipline from recognized university by PEB, Singapore - Possess strong correlation and thinking skills - Familiar and good at Excel, Word and Powerpoint. - Competent and conversant with managing diverse teams, achieving common goals and leading towards desired and measurable outcomes. - Experience in contractor / vendor / supplier management and demonstrated ability to navigate uncertainties in dynamic environment. - Experience in system and business process change management. - Possess excellent people and communication skills. Analytical and resourceful with good organizational ability. - Experience in contract management with understanding of costs, procurement and contract matters.
