Be able to manage and bring in new business through effective client servicing & problem solving.

In-depth understanding of editors’ bandwidth management and able to creatively finesse solutions to productively maximise bandwidth.

Manage project costs to ensure profitability within stipulated margins

Good network of reliable partners and freelance offline and online to draw upon should the need arise.

**Key Responsibilities**

Manage post on all productions

Bandwidth & traffic management is a must

Strong client facing abilities

Interpret creative briefs and be capable of providing practical and creative solutions that meet client briefs

Quantifying, pitching and quoting all aspects of post-production

Liaise and work with all internal departments - Production, Post, Creatives, Business - to ensure smooth workflow and project delivery within timeline and budget

**Day To Day**
- Arranging kick off meets, briefings with creative, preparing budgets, assigning operators, briefing bookings, scheduling client reviews, taking and distributing client / creative feedback & tracking work orders and costs.

**Qualification/Experience**

Minimum 5 years post producer experience in the industry with a demonstrable track record of success

A good understanding of the post-production workflows including vfx, editing, grading.

Knowledge of the different digital file formats and codecs available.

Full understanding of the post-production process.

Flexible hours, working to tight deadlines.
