**Job Description**:
X Star Technology, a leading fin-tech company, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented and analytical intern to join our team in Singapore and assist in the optimization of our business operations. You will be responsible for evaluating, documenting and optimizing our business processes. Additionally, you will use your analytical skills to gather, analyze, and interpret data to drive efficiency and informed decision-making within the organization. Your work will have a direct impact on enhancing operational processes and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support cross-functional teams (credit team and finance team) day-to-day activities, from loan credit review process to loan disbursement and post-disbursement collection process
- Work closely with our in-house SaaS development team to map and design operation workflow for in-house auto-finance system
- Be the product champion in driving rapid adoption of the in-house SaaS system among internal users and mitigating any technical issues users face in the system
- Identify issues and inefficiencies to improve system operations
- Other responsibilities allocated by management

Qualifications:

- Undergraduate in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science
- Able to commit full-time internship.
- Able to manage large data volume and to show effective use of analytics.
- Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Independent, proactive, and team-oriented individual
- Proficiency in English
