**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our team and founder, Gwen Janelle, to develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase our services and engage our audience.

Your responsibilities include:
**Content Creation**
- Design engaging posts and visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Lemon8, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Write captivating captions and blog articles on topics related to colour analysis, image branding, and styling tips and others
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of workshops, styling sessions, and products to enhance marketing content

**Social Media Management**
- Plan and schedule posts across platforms to maintain a consistent online presence
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages

**Campaign Management**
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote workshops, services, and seasonal offers
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

**Market Research**
- Research digital marketing trends and audience preferences
- Stay updated on current colour and styling trends

**Photography and Videography**
- Assist in photoshoots for marketing materials, ensuring visuals align with our branding
- Edit photos and videos for use in campaigns social media, and website updates.

**Event Support**
- Provide marketing support for workshops, events, and client engagement sessions

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Marketing, Communications, Photography, Design, or a related field
- Passion for fashion, styling, or image branding
- Basic photography and videography skills, including knowledge of lighting, composition, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro)
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Ads Manager)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools is a bonus
