1 The System / Network / Cloud Solution Administrator shall be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of cloud and on-premise infrastructure, systems and services.

2 The Cloud Solution Administrator shall have the following qualifications and expertise:
(i) All network specialists shall have a minimum university degree qualification in IT related field;
(ii) At least THREE (3) years of relevant professional experience in the management and administration of cloud infrastructure on the proposed CSP;
(iii) At least THREE (3) years of relevant experience on Linux, Windows Server, Network Attached Storage installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting;
(iv) At least THREE (3) years of relevant experience in the networking, routers, switches and firewalls installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting;
(v) Relevant certification or recognition of competency preferred;
(vi) Hands-on experience on Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices;
(vii) Good knowledge on security product integration and administration (e.g. firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP, Encryption, IAM, SIEM, DDoS, etc); and

(viii) Good working knowledge on:
(a) Networking (including IPv4, IPv6, FTP, NFS, IPX, DNS, DHCP, Ethernet, VPN and WLAN);
(b) Network security and compliance, and related products (e.g. Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco routers and switches);
(c) System security and compliance;
(d) System hardware, virtualization and containers;
(e) Storage and database services;
(f) Automation and scripting;
(g) Monitoring and performance optimization;
(h) Backup and disaster recovery;
(j) Proficient in scripting and automation using Powershell and Bash; and

(k) Proficient in troubleshooting using network analysers and protocol analysers.
