**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Monitor and oversee overall metal fabrication and mechanical workshop activities.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate the day-to-day running of the workshop.
- Purchase and ensure the necessary parts, materials, and equipment are available.
- Prepare cutting plans.
- Check the activities in the workshop, inspect completed work for compliance with safety and other statutory regulations.
- Maintain and update a summary of Works in Progress and Completed Jobs.
- Carry out QC inspection and complete QC report for submission to client.
- Provide necessary work training to new workers.
- Provide machineries (i.e cnc plasma cutting machine, bending, shearing and rolling) training to new workers.
- Any other duties assigned by Project Managers & MD.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma in Engineering
- Preferably with 10 years of related working experience in metal fabrication and mechanical engineering preferred.
- With Autocad knowledge
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be meticulous and detailed.
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn/share.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
