**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to patient inquiries and address their needs
- Assist patients at the pre-registration kiosk
- Provide guidance and support at the self-payment kiosk
- Support the operations clinic services
- Assist with wayfinding and manage crowd flow
- Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant experience in healthcare sector is preferred
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week (Saturday)
