**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Collaborative and a good team player, with good working attitude and be proactive
- Good knowledge and interest in carpentry and/or construction details
- Well verse in the Primary software, additional skills in the Secondary Software will be a plus
- Produce interior fit-out CAD/Revit drawings
- Check and understand drawings and illustrations provided by Architects/design consuktants and work closely with Project Managers to provide shop drawing list and schedules
- Able to work independently and delivery works within given timeline
- Generate interior architectural and/or structural drawings for submissions
- Generate interior architectural shop drawings packages for client approval and construction.
- Generate interior architectural as-build drawing
- Maintain proper records, updates of drawings and documentation to ensure easy retrieval
- Update and check drawings for accuracy as necessary
- Be involved in site survey and site measurements to verify data as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Certificate in Design (Interior Design).
- Diploma in Experiential Product & Interior Design
- Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology
- Specialist Diploma in Interior & Landscape Design
- Nitec / Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology
- Nitec in Interior & Exhibition Design
- *Applicant should possess at least one of the above qualifications _
- Applicant to submit any other relevant professional qualifications if not list above _

**Additional Professional Qualifications**:

- Certificate in BIM Revit for Architecture (Level 1 / 2)
- Certificate of Competency (COC) in Architectural BIM
- Certificate of Competency (COC) in Building Information Modelling

- *Above additional qualification is not mandatory but will be a plus _

**Working Experience**
- Minimum 3 Year of relevant working experience
- Language Proficiency (Written/Oral
- English

**Primary Sofeware Skills Required**

- Microsoft Words
- Microsoft Excel

**Secondary Software Skill Required**
- Autodesk Revit
- SketchUp
- Adobe Acrobat
