Group Finance Manager

The Group Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financials and providing support for the regional subsidiaries. This including preparation of the management reporting and promoting performance analysis for SEA & I group companies.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the regional financial and management reporting and checking of financial statements for group companies.
- Provide assistance to regional subsidiaries in closing when issues encountered.
- Analyze and review balance sheet, cashflow and working capital management for the company and regional subsidiaries.
- Promote the analysis of performance of the region and take initiatives to improve it.
- Work closely with the President to oversee the budgeting and forecasting process for the regional subsidiaries.
- Demonstrate knowledge ability to perform and handle transfer pricing.
- Assist in enhancement and digitalization of finance processes, finance systems projects improvements and implementation with the President
- Reviewing of local finance month-end reporting and activities.
- Handling cash management and banking matters.
- Liaise with all relevant external parties (e.g. auditors and tax agents).
- Undertake any additional projects or duties assigned.
**General Requirements**
- Degree in Accounting & Finance, with CPA or CA.
- At least 8-10 years in financial accounting with FPA knowledge and a few years of supervisory role.
- Experience with regions handling.
- Good working knowledge of IFRS, Consolidation, Taxation
- Good SAP knowledge
- Proficient with MS Office Skills and Power BI.
