**Position**:Solar Project Manager

**Location**:No. 8 Ubi Rd 2, Zervex #03-06, Singapore 408538

**Salary**:SGD 4,000 to SGD 7,000 monthly based on qualifications and experience

**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 5.30pm

**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:Lead and manage solar energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful execution within established timelines and budgets.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
- **Project Monitoring**:Monitor project progress, budget allocations, and timelines, identifying and resolving any potential issues to maintain project efficiency.
- **Compliance and Quality**:Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements and adhere to industry standards, emphasizing safety and quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Proven track record in project management within the solar energy industry.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Strong understanding of solar energy systems, technologies, and market trends.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- **Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of making critical decisions under pressure.
- **Organisational Skills**:Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Proactive and Self-Motivated**:Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm in accomplishing tasks.
- **Advantageous**:Working knowledge of SPPG (Singapore Power Procedures and Guidelines), SCDF (Singapore Civil Defence Force), and LEW (Licensed Electrical Worker) regulations would be advantageous.
