**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and driven **Marketing Executive**with a strong focus on **social media marketing.**You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

As part of this role, you will also **manage hotline numbers and handle customer enquiries (including after office hours)**, ensuring that our clients and customers always receive timely support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts, monitor performance, and respond to community interactions.
- Develop and execute campaigns to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce compelling multimedia content.
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Manage hotline numbers and attend to customer enquiries after office hours**

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered).
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva).
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable with handling customer enquiries and providing professional responses after office hours.
