**Role and responsibilities, and how will the role impact?**:
We are looking for a Delivery Manager with strong Telecom (Telco) experience and proven success in managing and delivering projects related to Network Functions (NFV, SDN, 5G Core, OSS/BSS, Cloud-Native Network Functions, etc.)
- Design, implement, and maintain VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) using Dell VxRail.
- Deploy and manage NSX-T (including BGP, distributed firewall, Layer 7 security, F5 integration).
- Install, upgrade, and maintain vRealize Suite (vROps, vRLI, VRA, VRNI, VRSLCM, Workspace ONE Access).
- Plan and execute major VMware upgrades (e.g., VCF 4.3 to 5.0, vRealize 8.10 to 8.14).
- Integrate with tools like Splunk.
- Perform NFV stack validation, scenario testing, and VNF product integration for telecom.
- Lead NSX-V to NSX-T migration projects.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and related platforms.
- Document deployments and create guides.

**How do you know if you are a good fit?**:

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software and telecom industry, with at least 5+ years in the Telco domain.
- Deep expertise in VMware vSphere, NSX-T, vSAN, vCloud Director, and vRealize Suite.
- Hands-on VCF deployment and lifecycle management.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (BGP) and Layer 7 security.
- Experience with NFV testing, telco environments, and VNFs.
- Proficient in NSX-V to NSX-T migration strategies.
- Experience integrating VMware infrastructure with third-party tools (Splunk, Palo Alto).
- Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a dynamic Telco environment.
- Experience collaborating with OEM vendors, network equipment providers, and Telco cloud partners.
- Strong problem-solving and risk mitigation abilities.
