The Strategy & Planning team assists the Spenmo Management team with developing winning strategies that will have a significant impact on the company's growth. We lay out the company’s long-term objectives, translate strategies into actionable plans and functional deliverables to achieve those goals, proactively identify and drive high impact strategic and operational projects, lead the business planning and align resource allocation with priorities, scan competitive landscape and business environment for trends and insights to stay ahead of the competition and identify key growth opportunities, and plan and facilitate key management forums (board meetings, run the monthly business reviews etc.).

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Strategy: Work closely with the C-suite to align overall strategy across the organization.
- Competitive strategy: Constantly monitor, respond and move ahead of competitors across markets.
- Planning: Support in building and maintaining financial models, operational reporting, OKRs, projections, and key business metrics to inform the leadership and the entire org of where the business stands.
- Program/Project Management: Be a resourceful, go-getting multitasker, supporting initiatives as needed across different teams.
- Process Improvement: Identify the biggest operational gaps, inefficiencies, and risks using our internal data and deliver solutions.
- Scale: Build, maintain, and communicate detailed reporting models to make decisions driven by data.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of work experience preferably across strategy, program or project management, and technology operations
- You can break down complex problems into smaller ones and solve them through quantitative thinking and analysis
- You communicate succinctly and effectively with all audiences, both verbally and in writing, in English and can develop well-structured storylines to land key messages in an impactful manner
- You have advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, excellent financial and data skills, and strong commercial acumen. **Nice to have**: you use SQL to query and build dashboards to visualize data for internal business insight consumers
