**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- 1)Work alongside the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns, including competitors monitoring and reporting
- 2)Regularly update website content, perform auditing as well as thought leadership content creation
- 3)Ensure contents in all presentation decks and materials are on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and are free of typographical errors
- 4)Learn about the procurement process, such as requesting for three quotations
- 5)Responsible for taking meeting minutes and circulation for information and follow-ups
- 6)Assist in ad-hoc tasks to support Marketing, Business Development and Customer Engagement function

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- 1)Interest in B2B marketing, including understanding industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs in a professional business environment
- 2)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- 3)Ability to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment, to work alongside diverse group of employees
- 4)Written and verbal communication skills tailored to professional audiences and stakeholders, including the ability to create compelling messaging for business clients
- 5)Knowledge of content management systems and/or web analytics and/or CRM systems
- 6)Prior knowledge, experience or interest in the energy sector or engineering background will be advantageous.
