Job Requirements:

** Must be familiar with the l**ocal** **education system and the requirements of various examinations.**
** Hold a degree from a reputable university in a related field.**
** Passionate individuals committed to nurturing students' learning and fostering a love for Math and Science.**
** Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students of varying learning styles.**
** Availability to work weekends.**
** Preferred experience in teaching or tutoring.**
Job Description:
** Deliver engaging and effective lessons in alignment with RMSS’s teaching and curriculum standards to ensure high-quality learning experiences.**
** Actively participate in training and development sessions aimed at enhancing tutoring practices.**
** Contribute to the development of teaching materials to support effective instruction.**
** Monitor and assess student performance and progress, providing constructive feedback using positive reinforcement techniques to encourage, motivate, and build confidence in students.**
