**We're Hiring: Data Centre Technician (Engineer)**
**Location**:North / West
**Hours**:8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Weekday PH coverage required)

Join our team to support day-to-day IT operations in a dynamic and structured data centre environment. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your skills in infrastructure support, this role is for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist with IT support tasks and escalate issues when needed
- Handle hardware inventory, RMA processes, and equipment tracking
- Monitor systems and ensure proper data handling and device disposal
- Liaise with vendors and maintain up-to-date records
- Follow security and safety procedures at all times

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in IT, Computer Engineering, or related
- 1-2 years of IT support or data centre experience
- Strong understanding of basic IT hardware
- Willingness to learn, good attention to detail, and ability to work independently

**Nice to Have (but not a must)**:

- CompTIA A+, Server+, or Network+ certifications
- Experience in 24x7 environments or mobile app testing
