**Responsibilities**

Documentation & System Updates
- Ensures accuracy of supporting documentation
- Uses Oracle, Siebel & CI to maintain accurate records, and for interrogation if queries arise
- Enters all goods received in the stock inventory system, updates the database, and correlate the items received to ensure order requirements are fulfilled
- Responsible for the prioritization, fulfillment, and quality assurance of time-bound ticket-driven requests to include: Shipping, receiving, storage, inspection, and delivery within the data center. Additional responsibilities include: Management of stored and/or abandoned equipment, maintaining appropriate consumable stock levels.

Shipping & Receiving
- Receives all goods delivered to the company either directly or following acceptance by security.
- Assists in daily warehouse duties, satisfying internal customers’ requirements (Projects & Operations), ensuring accuracy of shipments
- Ensures items are dispatched and coordinates speedy and efficient delivery of goods to the required destination; obtains sign-off for receipt
- Coordinating deliveries, resolving basic shipping or receiving issues
- Works with internal and external customers to ensure deliveries are received in accordance with Equinix policies, processes and guidelines
- Keeping records/logs of all packages and deliveries

Problem Solving
- Liaisons with internal customers on projected delivery times for special orders
- Deputizes in the absence of the team leader
- Act as local Point of Contact to manage vendor relationships as well as liaise with the corporate procurement team.

Inventory Management
- Allocations of stock inventory to internal customers, scheduling materials to be moved to and from the Data Centers; coordinates inventory transfers with related departments
- Maintains and monitors minimum/maximum stock for projects & operations teams
- Controls stock inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data into Oracle and Equinix database
- Responsibility for consumable and critical inventory and will partner with the Operations teams to determine and maintain proper stocking levels for all consumables, and critical spares.
- Plans and/or implements improvements to internal or external logistics systems or processes
- Develops, implements process(es) and maintains vendor relationships to maintain and monitor minimum/maximum consumable inventory to prescribed levels as well as critical spare parts
- Produces monthly/quarterly reports of inventory levels to various stakeholders
- Subject Matter Expert on all topics and issues related to logistics to include warehouse, shipping & receiving and managing and maintaining all hazardous materials and environmental programs as well as logistics-related equipment

Equipment
- Manages stored and/or abandoned equipment and maintains inventory of equipment.
- Manages materials and stock inventories, to include all hazardous and non-hazardous materials
- Controls consumables inventory and oversees the accuracy of documentation
- Manages stock distribution

Data Center Support
- Ensures removal/disposal of all packing material from the Data Center
- Ensures all logistics work is performed in accordance with Equinix policies, processes and guidelines
- Keeps all working areas/ stores free of hazards in accordance with all local, state, federal and/or local country policies as well as Equinix policies, processes and guidelines
- Owns the execution, management and reporting of all environmental and safety programs within the Data Center

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in any relevant field
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferably in Data Centers
- Proficient in MS Office
