Singapore GREATSEA MARINE SERVICES Full time

**Responsibilities**:
1. Managing the project department and planning and site works

2. Manage FPSO projects with steel structural works & Piping Works

3. Managing shipyard blasting and painting works of ship hull and tanks

4. Oversee Project Team to ensure that the projects are completed according to project plans and schedules

5. Prepare Site Progress Report and Manpower Planning

6. Able to interpret structural drawings and prepare quotations and cost estimations

7.To manage project/(s) in terms of budget, costing and other resources necessary for the Project

8. Leads project briefing and kick start meeting

9. Manage shipyard and anchorage projects ( Steel, piping, painting and mechanical works)

10. Reviewing project proposal or plan to fully understand the scope of the work and contract to determine timeframe, funding limitations, the procedure for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project

11. Have good knowledge in Quality standard codes of ship building industry.

12. Familiar with ship repair processes in terms of welding, drawing interpretation and lifting methodologies.

13. Identify potential or actual causes of delay and take preventive or remedial actions

14. Liaises with contractors for site delivery, installation and testing

15. Responsible for the co-ordination of all project site activities

16. Handle and monitor the progress of projects

17. Analyze data and create reports to identify areas of business growth

18. Building and sustaining relationships proactively with main contractors and subcontractors

19. To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers

20. Ensure the overall safety measures and standards at the work site

21. Oversee site inspection and resolve site matters pertaining to the project, sub-contractors works and progress of works

22. Need to allocate work for workers ( Manpower allocation)

**Requirements**:

- Atleast 5 years of relative experience
- With experience in Marine Operation (Mechanical, Piping, Steel Trade & Painting) and Shipyard environment
- Excellent problem analysis skills, Innovative and creative in developing solutions
- Strong sense of drive and commitment to deliver on responsibilities
- Works well in a dynamic environment
- Able to work overtime and weekends
- SIC for Ship Repair Manager will be added advantage
- Required NACE Level II Certification or AMPP Certified Coating Inspector Certifications
