**Responsibilities**:
**Factory and Facilities Management**:

- Ensure factory facilities (fire, security, building, etc.) in compliance with Agencies regulations/guidelines and company procedures/standards
- Scheduled checks/PM for facility & equipment
- Follow up on annual/periodical inspection & license renewal (fire certificate/diesel storage/gas storage/lift usage)
- Provide weekly/monthly report update

**Responsible for Building Security**:

- Maintain records for entry and exit of all (visitors/ contractors/ suppliers/ vendors/ officers from MOM, NEA, AVA and SCDF)
- Ensure all assets are well controlled
- Provide weekly/monthly report update

**Responsible for Building Facilities Operations, hygiene, pest control and waste management**:

- Perform routine inspections for maintenance of building facilities/general facilities hygiene cleanliness to ensure factory operation at optimum levels and environmental compliance
- Working with facility technical team for rectification of any facility defects
- Coordinate maintenance/repair work assignments by technical technicians on property maintenance works
- Responsible for the overall pest control procedure and housekeeping matters
- Provide weekly/monthly report update

**Job Requirements**
- Preferably experience in handling facility security/ maintenance/ building/ electricity/ water/ landscaping/ painting
- Hands-on required
- Able to converse well & team player
- High initiative and strong sense of ownership, urgency and responsibility
- Manufacturing environment
- 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday)
