**Job Summary**:
The **Head of Student Recruitment **is responsible for the development and implementation of the school’s marketing and student recruitment strategy for the Executive MBA (on campus or online) Program. The role will require managing, the gathering and use of data to inform strategy and contribute to decision-making concerning the school’s recruitment plan and reputation. The data is further applied in promoting and raising awareness of the programmes with key internal and external interest groups by organizing on-campus recruitment events.

This position will report directly to the Head of Marketing and the President.

**Region Responsible for**:
Covering Singapore or SEA market for the EMBA Program.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Creating and leading recruitment activity to generate business and identify new recruitment markets and channels ensuring continual development of new business and sustainability of existing channels.
- Co-ordinate recruitment activities, counselling prospects, organising conversion and engagement activities, including attendance at fairs and events through the development and execution of an integrated plan with associated targets and KPIs.
- Critically assess and evaluate recruitment activity in respect of its value for money and investment returns in relation to targets, making changes and improvements as necessary.
- Identify emerging risks to the schools’ recruitment targets and formulate plans to mitigate risks by managing across the breadth of the schools’ international recruitment activity.
- Actively liaise, network, and engage with all stakeholders both internal and external.
- Other duties, as required from time to time in line with the seniority and scope of this role.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
